4. If the customer fails to provide the physical barcode of the product box, he/she will not be able to redeem the gift.
5. Gifts are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
6. If the customer fails to redeem the gift within the specified period, it will be deemed as giving up the gift and will not be reissued.
7. Gifts do not include product warranty and cannot be redeemed for cash, returned or exchanged.
8. If a product requires a refund or exchange, the refund or exchange procedure can only be carried out if the gift is returned at the same time. Gifts must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, otherwise they can be returned or exchanged for a fee of the original price.
