SCA CSP’s Coffee Skills Program includes education in several coffee industry specialty areas: Introduction to Coffee, Barista Skills, Coffee Brewing, Green Coffee, Sensory Skills, and Roasting. These learning modules are collectively known as the SCA Coffee Skills Program. Students can learn through three stages of knowledge and skills in each module: basic, intermediate and professional.

The Coffee Sustainability Program emphasizes the importance of achieving sustainability throughout the specialty coffee industry value chain. The program explores the meaning of "sustainability" and its practical challenges through three learning stages: basic, intermediate and professional. Students will learn skills including articulating broad sustainability challenges across the value chain, leading others in discussing and implementing these issues, and ultimately identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating sustainability efforts within their own organizations.
