Latte Art Grading System (LAGS) is an Italian coffeeLatte ArtArts Certificate Program forLatte ArtSkills, creativity and art present a range of grading and certification. LAGS is internationally recognized and is suitable for people who wish to immigrate, start a business or intend to join the coffee industry to sign up and add points to your resume.

The certification system is divided into five levels, each level is white, orange, green, red and blackshow. Each level has its own designated certification program, and baristas must demonstrate corresponding abilities during the assessment process in order to obtain the qualification.
