Taking advantage of the end of the harvest at the end of January, we are especially with the coffee farmers.@SeedtocuphkIn cooperation, he became a one-day coffee farmer at O Farm in Fanling, picking fresh coffee cherries himself, brewing Hong Kong coffee beans while listening to Mike share his little knowledge of growing coffee trees locally.

Finally, the cherries collected by everyone are screened out with a harvester to produce raw beans. After water washing and fermentation, let's look forward to the finished coffee beans for many months!

It was drizzling the night before, but our whole day on the farm was beautiful and gave us our first unforgettable experience.🥰

We personally picked fresh coffee cherries while brewing Hong Kong coffee beans and listened to Mike sharing some local knowledge about growing coffee trees.

Finally, we used a harvester to separate the cherries collected by everyone and processed them through the wet method and fermentation.
