Our college is the only SCA Premier Training Campus in Hong Kong, which means that the teaching environment and equipment are approved by the standards. The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) of Europe has launched the new SCA Skills Diploma, which further recognizes professional work skills in the coffee industry and provides in-depth knowledge and practical experience so that students can quickly adapt to the employment environment. The four new diplomas include SCA Café Diploma, SCA Roastery Diploma, SCA Sustainable Coffee Diploma and SCA Coffee Trade Diploma, which require taking designated courses in seven major subjects.

Introduction to Coffee is an introductory introduction to SCA's other 5 courses, including basic teaching about coffee planting, coffee agriculture, extraction, roasting, flavor evaluation and general coffee distribution structure. This course is suitable for those who are new to coffee or want to learn the basics of general coffee.
