The college is the only SCA Premier Training Campus in Hong Kong, which represents that the teaching environment and equipment are recognized by the standards. The European Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) has launched the new SCA Skills Diploma to further recognize the professional work skills of the coffee industry and provide in-depth knowledge and practical experience so that students can quickly adapt to the employment environment. The four new diplomas include SCA Café Diploma, SCA Roastery Diploma, SCA Sustainable Coffee Diploma, and SCA Coffee Trade Diploma. They require courses specified in seven major disciplines.

Introduction to Coffee is an introductory introduction to the other 5 courses at SCA and includes basic teaching about coffee growing, coffee farming, extraction, roasting, flavor evaluation and general coffee distribution structure. This course is suitable for friends who are new to coffee or want to learn the basics of coffee in general.
