The Barista Combination Latte Art Course is designed by Tasse and certified at Level 2 by TQUK in the UK, directly linking to the UK Qualifications Framework Level 2. Unlike the Italian Latte Art Grading System, which only uses latte art flow charts as assessment criteria, this course is the first of its kind in Hong Kong to use combination art patterns as the assessment standard for an international certification program.
If you are a current barista or have a strong interest in latte art—especially if you want to challenge yourself with cute combination patterns like swans, seahorses, roses, and shiba inu—this is the course for you. Whether you plan to immigrate, start a business, or simply want to learn latte art, this course is worth enrolling in. - Each class lasts 4 hours, with a total of 4 classes; or an 8+8 hour format over 2 classes to accommodate different student needs.

- Exam dates will be arranged in the fifth week.
- The exam consists only of practical tests; upon passing, you will receive the official Award in Advanced Skill for Latte Art (Level 2) certificate from TQUK in the UK.
