4. If the customer fails to provide the physical barcode of the product box, he or she will not be able to redeem the gift.
5. The number of gifts is limited, first come first served, while supplies last.
6. If the customer fails to redeem the gift within the specified time limit, the gift will be deemed to have been given up and no replacement will be issued.
7. Gifts do not include product maintenance and cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or exchanged.
8. If the product needs to be refunded or replaced, the refund or replacement process can only be carried out if the gift is returned at the same time. Gifts must be in original condition, unused and not damaged, otherwise the original price of the gift must be paid before return or exchange can be made.
