Tasse @ Guam Internship

During the Lunar New Year holiday this year, our tutors traveled to Guam for special assignments. A well-known local bakery invited us to help introduce specialty coffee drinks to enhance the customer experience. We helped them set up a comfortable and efficient coffee corner, and trained bosses and employees to become baristas.

The bakery wants to combine their pastries with high quality coffee to provide customers with an unparalleled experience. We carefully selected the coffee equipment, and designed a convenient layout, so that customers can enjoy the coffee in a comfortable environment. In addition to teaching the basics of coffee and hand-brewed coffee brewing methods, we also explain the skills of espresso extraction and flower drawing, and cup the boutique beans we bring from our Japanese branch with you.☺These trainings not only focus on technology, but also emphasize the passion and quality of coffee.

In the course of a few days, the staff of the bakery grew from clueless novice baristas to confident professionals. This experience made us deeply appreciate the charm and cohesion of coffee, and we are honored to help bakeries expand their products and bring delight to customers. Thinking back on this journey, we left Guam with memories and satisfaction of the beautiful island.

Looked back to the Lunar New Year holiday this year, our instructor team embarked on a special mission to Guam. A renowned bakery there invited us to assist in introducing specialty coffee beverages to enhance the customer experience. We helped them set up a cozy and efficient coffee corner and provided training to the owner and staff to become baristas.

The bakery aimed to combine their pastries with high-quality coffee to offer an unparalleled experience to their customers. We carefully selected coffee equipment and designed a user-friendly layout, allowing customers to enjoy their coffee in a comfortable environment. In addition to teaching the basics of coffee and manual brewing methods, we also explained espresso extraction and latte art techniques. We even cupped specialty beans that brought from our branch @tasse.coffee.roastery in Japan. These training sessions emphasized not only technical skills but also a passion for coffee and a pursuit of quality.

Over the course of a few days, the bakery staff transformed from novices to confident professionals in the art of coffee. This experience deepened our appreciation for the allure and unifying power of coffee. We were honored to assist the bakery in expanding their offerings and bringing joy to their customers. As we look back on this journey, we leave Guam with memories of the beautiful island and a sense of fulfillment.
